When we hear a person’s dream, we can gain a greater insight into what has meaning for the person.
There are certain conditions that need to be in place for the person to be able to share what their dream is, this can be a big deal for a person who has not had the opportunity to think or share their aspirations in this way before and providing a safe and non-judgemental space is crucial to this being a positive experience.
When a person has shared a dream, we would go onto think about how to move towards this dream in a manner that is positive (in line with the persons dream – not changing the persons dream) and possible (steps towards the dream that are achievable and within the persons reach)
