Supporting people to feel hopeful, identify their own purpose and confidently take action

Support Brokerage Training

Support Brokers act as independent facilitators working alongside people, supporting them to plan to live the life of their choice.

They work directly with the person; supporting them to stay in control, to understand and explore a whole range of opportunities and resources to confidently take action to achieve their desired outcomes.

This course is designed as a full programme which will give you all of the information, understanding and practical tools you need to be able to practise as a Support Broker.

Watch our explainer video to find out more about the course:

There is an option to pay an additional supplementary fee with the training and take the OCN level 2 accreditation to then become registered with Support Brokerage Network.

In order to achieve accreditation, participants must attend all sessions, and submit five completed workbooks and a support plan. Course fee includes all workbooks, course materials and an Additional Learner Resource.

Learners should expect to complete an element of self-directed study/reading and coursework time outside of the training sessions.

There are 5 units to the course which are delivered over 8 x 2 hrs sessions delivered online over zoom. We can also offer this as an in-person course over 5 days – please email info@imagineer.org.uk to ask for further details.
