Beat It offers music, dance and drama based sessions for people with Learning Disabilities, Difficulties and Mental Health Issues and the wider community. We offer people choice and control over what they do and the sessions they take part in. Beat It is set up to respond to the move towards personalisation, where people can utilize their personal budget to purchase sessions.

Through Your Choices started in 2004 as Tuesday Youth Club, which was first established by a group of parents who all wanted to develop a youth club provision for their sons and daughters in the Wetherby area of Leeds, West Yorkshire. The members of Tuesday Youth Club have now all grown up and want to be involved in things going on their own local communities, so we developed Through Your Choices to support people to access things going on in their local community and activities that are of interest to them and we are opening this up to anyone in the Leeds area.
